Lean ITSM for Enterprise Teams

Turn ticket chaos into numbers that the board and the users respect.

Your service desk handles 2000 tickets a month. That's five full-time salaries spent on keeping the lights on. The IT Service Turnaround Program cuts ticket volume and resolution time within 6 months, with your first board-ready result in 30 days. No new tools. No new headcount.

Why RYOSHI exists

Manufacturing solved this problem decades ago. Enterprise IT still has it.

Walk through any modern factory. Every process is measured. Every defect gets a root cause. Waste is hunted down by the people who do the work ‒ not guessed at from a corner office.

Now walk through a typical enterprise IT department.

Teams spend more than half their time on support and recurring work. Around 80% of the budget goes to just keep the lights on. And when the board asks what IT delivers, the answer is a ticket count nobody understands.

Here's the the edge in experience: industry has 150 years of experience in the industrial age. IT has 50 in the information age. That's a 100-year head start in quality management:

Progress Bars Widget Preview
Industrial age > 150 years
Information age < 50 years

We exist to close that gap.

RYOSHI applies proven quality methods from industrial production to enterprise IT services. Not to squeeze your people harder ‒ to stop wasting their time. The result: a productive IT without overload, fewer errors, and decisions driven by facts and figures instead of feelings.

Three beliefs guide what we do:

waste less.

Recurring incidents and blind effort burn your team's hours and motivation. We find the waste and remove it permanently.

speak data.

Improvements are identified, not guessed. Measured, not debated. We decide based on facts and figures.

live change.

Change starts with learning. If you don't know where you stand, how to move, and where you're going ‒ you stand still. We build the capability into your team, so the improvement outlives our engagement.

The founder's story

"For over 20 years I watched enterprise IT services run at a level of efficiency no factory floor would ever accept. I refused to accept the status quo. My goal is to set a new standard: making the improvement of IT operations a fixed part of every IT budget — systematic, objective, based on facts and figures. Step by step, we lift IT services to the quality level industry has considered normal for decades."

— Felix Fischer, CEO & Founder, RYOSHI

The costs of doing nothing:

2000 tickets a month. 15 minutes each. At 100 € per hour, that's 600k € a year – roughly five full-time salaries, just for ticket handling. A 10–20% reduction frees up to one full-time employee's capacity. Every year.

Dissatisfied employees and frustrated users to be added.

Felix Fischer, Founder of RYOSHI

HOW WE WORK

We don't start with opinions.

We start with your ticket data.

Most improvement projects start in a meeting room, with the loudest opinion winning. Ours starts on the IT shopfloor – the bottom level of work, where the truth lives. That's the Bottom-Up Method, and it runs on three engines:

The Bottleneck Report

Your ticket data holds a secret: a small share of causes creates most of your workload. The Pareto principle states: around 20% of the various causes drive 80% of the efforts.

We run a statistical analysis of your ticket history, categorize the noise, and identify the vital few bottlenecks that are actually worth fixing. Within 30 days, you hold a board-ready document that says: here is the waste, these are the constraints, that's the potential – in euros, hours, and capacity.

The Bottom-up Method

Top-down transformation programs produce slide decks. Bottom-up improvement produces results.

We work directly with the experts who touch the tickets every day – service desk agents, 2nd-level specialists, service owners. They know exactly where the process breaks; nobody ever asked them systematically. Together we test root-cause hypotheses against the data, so improvements attack causes, not symptoms.

+ One important side effect: your team stops being "the problem" and becomes the source of the solution.

The Improvement Funnel

Every observation, complaint, and idea goes in at the top. Only proven and evaluated improvements come out at the bottom.

Ideas are validated against the data, prioritized by impact and effort, and hypothesis-tested before anyone invests a week of work. What survives the funnel gets into an evaluated implementation roadmap – and gets done, one improvement at a time, tracked in weekly check-ins until the numbers move.

That's how you avoid the fate of uncertain trial-and-error attempts.

Works on top of your existing platform.

You already invested in a service management platform. Good – keep it. Our method is the operating layer your platform was designed for. We change how your team uses the process and the data, not the tool. Nothing new to procure, nothing to migrate, no additional tech.

Bonus: makes you AI-ready.

AI on top of messy processes and dirty ticket data automates the chaos. Clean categories, measured processes, and stable data – the direct output of this method – are the prerequisite for any serious automation. Fix the standards first. Then automate it.

What we Offer

The IT Service Turnaround Program

A 6-month done-with-you coaching program for enterprise IT teams. We diagnose with your data, improve with your people, and hand over control – so the results stay when we leave.

Phase 1 – Diagnosis & Analysis (months 1–2)

We analyze your ticket data, set the goal, and identify your main bottleneck. In less than 30 days you'll have the numbers, a clear picture of what needs to change, and a defined plan with specific tasks. This is where the Bottleneck Report lands on your desk, ready for the board meeting.

Phase 2 – Guided Improvements (months 3–5)

Weekly check-ins and Q&A calls keep the metrics and your progress on track. If something isn't working, we adjust it. And we celebrate the small wins as loudly as the big ones – your team has earned that.

Phase 3 – Handover & Control (month 6)

By now, things are noticeably better and the numbers moved. You receive the Control Playbook: how to steer day-to-day operations by the numbers, without us. Improvements become part of your regular reporting.

What's inside:

  • Anamnesis and statistical ticket data analysis

  • Bottleneck Report within the first 30 days

  • Root-cause workshops and hypothesis-tested diagnosis

  • Ideation sessions and solution evaluation

  • Evaluated implementation roadmap

  • Guided implementation with weekly check-ins

  • Control Playbook handover

Bonus: 30 days aftercare support via chat or email.

Our 10% Guarantee

If we don't identify at least 10% potential within the first 30 days, we'll refund the first month.
